1. Background and Applicability

(“Henderson Services”, “we”, “us”, “our”) via the Website, and supplement any other agreement in force between you and us.

On-sell, distribute, license, sub-license, onsupply, or otherwise attempt to commercialise the Resources or your access to them.

Alter, adapt, modify, translate, excerpt, or create derivative works from any Resource unless permitted in writing.

Use any Resource in offensive, unlawful, or misleading ways, or in breach of any applicable Australian law (including the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth)).

Use the Resources for any purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms.

2.3 Ongoing Access

Your continued access to the Resources is strictly contingent upon full and ongoing compliance with these Terms.

We may, at our discretion, immediately suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if you breach any provision of these Terms.

All intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademarks, and design rights) in the Resources, Website, and underlying content remain at all times vested in Henderson Services or its licensors.

You obtain no rights in the Resources other than the limited licence described in these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

By accessing and using these Resources, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with these Terms of Use. Any violation may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
